Request a SOLAK gift
Anyone can request a quilt or cushion, be it for themselves, a relative, a neighbour or a friend. All you need is a valid email address and a good home for one of gifts to go to. If you would like to request a gift for yourself or someone you know please fill out the form below. Make sure you check that your email address is accurate as this is our main means of contacting you. Also try to include as much as information as you can about the person the gift is for.

Once you have submitted your request you should receive a decision about your request within fourteen days.
If you do not receive a reply please fill out the form again and be sure to check you have used a valid email address.
Once you have received a confirmation email please just be patient. We are working on your gift and we will contact you as soon as it is finished.

With the increasing cost of postage and supplies, it would be appreciated if you could help towards the cost of postage for your requested gift.
The gift is FREE, it is the postage costs we are asking you to support.
This is completely voluntary, we do not want anyone to miss out on receiving a gift. If you are unable to help, just indicate this in the box below and submit your request.

We are aware that some colours, especially red, can seriously affect some comditions and illnesses and need to be avoided whan making up a quilt or cushion. If the person for whom you are requesting a gifts is affected in this way please let us know here.
